RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Stage 1

Review Application

The recruitment team assesses applications upon their submission to our applicant tracking system. Each application is carefully reviewed, and all candidates who meet the qualifications are invited to advance to Stage 2 of the selection process.

Phone Interview

Initial interviews are carried out via telephone, as we prioritize phone interactions in our communication approach. This method not only facilitates a convenient dialogue but also allows us to assess the candidate’s compatibility with our organizational culture and core values.

Stage 3

In Person Interview

Candidates who meet our qualifications will have the opportunity to engage in face-to-face meetings with our senior leadership. Initial discussions during these interviews generally center around your professional background, skill set, work experience, preferred working hours, and overall availability. The concluding interviews are held with our executive leadership team, providing a more comprehensive dialogue aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of you as a candidate.

Applicant Assessment

After the conclusion of the interview process, we proceed to administer one or more standardized assessments to the candidates. These evaluations are designed to gauge various attributes, including personality characteristics, problem-solving skills, cognitive reasoning, emotional intelligence, and additional relevant factors.

Job Offer

Upon the successful completion of reference and background checks, a job offer will be presented to the candidate. The offer letter will detail essential information such as the job title, salary, commencement date, and any specific conditions related to employment, if applicable.
