Lena Figueroa

Lena Figueroa has held a variety of roles at Project Resources Group/Auxillium, progressing from a customer support representative to a team manager while serving multiple industries. She began her career at Project Resources Group right after earning her Associate of Science degree and has dedicated herself to the organization in various capacities. Over the years, Lena has demonstrated her expertise in reporting, document creation, process improvement, and quality assurance, significantly contributing to operational support. With over 17 years in the call center industry, she has experienced notable personal and professional development. Lena is particularly drawn to the technical and analytical aspects of the business, enjoying the challenge of developing innovative data analysis methods and comprehensive process documentation to assist employees in their daily tasks.
In her current position, Lena oversees a nationally distributed training program for the financial services sector. Her responsibilities include successfully recruiting and training new staff, as well as conducting thorough evaluations of third-party vendors for potential collaborations. Furthermore, she has adeptly integrated a skilled team of aviation professionals into the Auxillium framework. Lena has effectively led teams of varying sizes and has shown her ability to navigate the complexities of post-pandemic work environments, consistently focusing on the growth and advancement of all team members. Her dedication to supporting new industries, promoting team collaboration, and driving process innovation remains a key motivation throughout her career.

Claire Gabriel

In her role, Claire conducts interviews with the PEER Manager, trains staff on ARDweb, directs agents on resource utilization, addresses errors, prepares assessments, and oversees attendance and scheduling. She leads a team of 29 employees.

Dean Flora
CEO, Co-Founder, Adv. Board Chair
Dean Flora has demonstrated extensive project management and leadership skills throughout his career. He began as an engineer working in the civil and environmental fields, working on building foundation design, soil support and remediation, and construction projects. He then shifted primarily into the environmental field working on municipal and hazardous waste management projects, groundwater monitoring, soil remediation projects, and solid waste and recycling facility permitting projects. After earning an MBA, he then transitioned his career into the telecommunications (telecom) field where he worked for a large, national provider in its internal audit and consulting group and he was able to manage projects involving operational strategy, construction project management, process development and implementation, customer service trouble ticketing, network outage management and network reliability evaluations, and financial audits, review of financial controls, and revenue assurance projects. In this role, Dean was able to combine his engineering education and experience, construction activity, and financial management skills in the telecom field into the founding of Project Resources Group (PRG) with a business partner in 2001. With PRG, Dean and his partner were able to successfully launch several unique business divisions, two of which remain with PRG, and one became Auxillium LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of PRG, Inc. Dean remains involved as the CEO of both entities.
Over his career, Dean managed projects focused toward increasing efficiency and effectiveness of field quality control activities, risk and trend based sampling of workmanship by internal employees and contractors, cost effectiveness, developing custom web-based database applications, and launching several unique service offerings PRG’s outside plant third party damage cost recovery and forced plant relocation programs for several cable companies. Dean is a degreed civil engineer from the University of Missouri, he holds an MBA from the University of Denver, and he achieved his professional engineer designation.
