Work from home customer service jobs

Work From Home?

You Betcha!

THE LATEST ADVANCEMENTS IN SERVICE DELIVERY.

Auxillium can provide your company and your Customer Experience environment with the same benefits and delivery channels that larger providers offer including a work at home solution, which we refer to as Secure Remote Worker, or SRW. Our advanced SRW Solution is 100% PCI compliant – as is our entire organization – and it offers access to an even more targeted labor pool, better retention, extended and creative hours of operation, and more.

If all of this sounds like a good fit for your company and you’d like to learn more about how it works, get the details on how SRW is secure, or you’re simply interested in a free consultation to determine if SRW is right for you, then schedule time with one of our executives.

Are you interested in working from the comfort of your own home?

We want you to! Our advanced SRW Solution is a great way to avoid the commute – saving you more time and money. However, to qualify for an SRW position you must:

\

Live and reside a minimum of 50 miles away from any of our call center locations.

\

Be a highly dependable, self-motivated individual.

\

Be a creative thinker who wants to be a game changer on our team.

\

Have a minimum of two, outstanding personal or professional references.

\

Own a desktop computer (sorry, laptops and mobile devices are not allowed).

\

Have the Windows 10 operating system installed on your PC.

CHECK THIS OUT…

If you have a Windows-based computer, we’re good to go! Apple or Chromebook user? Bummer to say that we can’t move forward.
We do have a few steps you’ll need to follow to ensure that your personally owned technology is up to snuff. To make sure, view this tutorial video on how to run our diagnostic tool.

Use the link below to run our Technology Health Check which will assess your PC for all the minimum features required to support our client projects. Just like a first date, we’d like to see if we’re compatible with each other!

And don’t worry! If your system fails the first test, we’ll work with you to fill in the gaps and make suggestions on ways to upgrade your system so that you can join the Auxillium Team. After all is said and done, there might be the need for additional hardware or software which is something we run into all the time. Just Contact Us so that we can guide you through the process and remember; we want you to join our team, so we’ll do everything in our power to help you do just that!

Tips for Success

Once you’ve passed the Technology Health Check there’s one more thing that that will help set you up for success, and that is your headset. Headsets are a big part of the workday for Auxillium and our clients, so we want to help you get into the right one. So, let’s get started by considering:

\

Comfort:

You’ll be wearing it all day, so make sure it’s comfortable.
\

Volume Control Buttons:

This will make it easier for you to adjust audio and voice levels for each call, which can change regularly. We do have our own volume controls, but this will make it easier for you.
\

Mute Button:

Our system has a mute function, but it’s way easier for you if the headset has the mute button already built in.
Just remember, we only provide tech support for wired headsets. If you choose to go wireless, you’re on your own when it comes to troubleshooting – and when you’re not on your headset, you won’t be compensated because of the way our tracking system works.

Oh, and one last thing. When it comes to connectivity, we’ve got the need for speed! The connection speeds provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) must prove to have a very dependable minimum Download speed of 15 Mbps, and a minimum Upload speed of 1.5 Mbps – so check with them to make sure. In addition, your connection must be hard wired in the home using ethernet to your modem (not a wireless system). As noted above with the headsets, if your internet connection goes down you will not be compensated – so please don’t take any chances with a “cheap” provider.

Break the barrier and start working from home today!
