What’s your dream job?
Putting PEOPLE first.
Connection, communication, and engagement are vital aspects of Auxillium’s team environment, and combine to help us develop positive PEER relationships.
Although a peer is defined as “a person who is equal to another in abilities”, Auxillium has developed PEER as an acronym for “Personal Employee Engagement Resource”. PEER is what makes Auxillium unique in so many ways and is the reason that we stand out from our competitors. We are all truly equal.
Why Auxillium

Our 5 Stage
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Stage 1: Review Application
Our recruiting team evaluates applications as they are submitted to our applicant tracking system. Our team reviews the applications and invites all candidates that qualify to participate in Stage 2.
Stage 2: Phone Interview
Initial interviews are conducted over the phone because hey, phone conversations are what we’re all about. This also helps determine whether the candidate aligns with our culture and values.
Stage 3: In Person Interview
Qualified candidates meet with our senior leadership in person and early interview conversations typically focus on your experience, skills, work history, desired schedule, and availability. Final interviews are conducted with our executive leadership and are a more in-depth discussion to get to know you even better.
Stage 4: Applicant Assessment
Once the interviews are complete, we assign applicants one or more standardized tests. These quizzes measure items such as personality traits, problem-solving ability, reasoning, emotional intelligence, and more.
Stage 5: Job Offer
Once reference checks are completed, a job offer is extended. The offer letter will include position or title, wage level, start date, and conditions for employment (if any). Once you accept the position in writing, Auxillium will conduct a background check and your career at Auxillium begins!
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Be yourself. Be authentic. Be all in. That’s who we’re hiring. Our culture is our core and celebrates and supports the difference that makes us unique. That is why our people feel engaged, motivated, challenged – and most of all, a sense of belonging.
