Is the Principle and CEO of Auxillium. As one of the founders of Auxillium, Dean has led senior management teams that have developed and implemented back office support services for various clients including teams that have managed trouble tickets, telephone support, customer research surveys, data research projects, and new products and services launch activity and support. He has also worked with front line support teams to implement management reporting and data tracking systems that when implemented provide full transparency to clients and internal management teams.
Dean currently provides strategic and operational oversight and guidance on the ongoing management of customer care and back office support services with Auxillium.
Dean holds a civil engineering degree (BSCE) from the University of Missouri and a master’s degree in business (MBA) from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. Dean is also a registered professional engineer (PE) in several states.
