Amy Grajeda brings organized focus, vision and mature judgement to Auxillium. With more than 11 years of experience in the call center industry, she has vast knowledge related to all aspects of call center management. Amy possesses a strong ability to multi-task efficiently as she has successfully managed multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Amy has supported numerous project disciplines and product lines via inbound, outbound, and social media channels, in addition to back office, data entry, and other non-customer interaction projects.
Amy’s passion is motivating teams via the PEER Process that she developed, and her specialties include project set-up and development, training, and continuous improvement for our clients. Amy Grajeda is especially adept at hiring, coaching, and ongoing training to ensure maximum performance on all KPI’s and other client requirements.
Amy and her husband are both natives of La Junta where they currently reside with their daughter and son. Amy attended Otero Junior College and is working toward a Project Management Professional Certification. Embracing the core values of Auxillium, Amy is active in area schools and with several other non-profit organizations.
